Yes. Sites and Commerce share one platform and one admin, so changing tier or line never means a migration. Tell us and we move you.
With your own payment provider you pay that provider's fees under your own contract. CIQRA Pay, our built-in card payments, is one all-in rate per successful card payment: 3.9% + 30¢ for US businesses, 2.5% + €0.25 for EEA businesses and 2.5% + 20p for UK businesses (standard domestic cards; Apple Pay and Google Pay are priced as cards). International cards and currency conversion cost more — every rate is at support.ciqra.com/payments/how-ciqra-pay-works/.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits, spent by writing, translation, images and the copilot. Semantic search and the visitor assistant, from Site Pro and Shop Advanced, spend the same credits. The comparison shows how many credits each plan has. Each feature shows its cost before it runs, and AI stops at your allowance instead of charging more.
Every plan includes the AI copilot. It proposes changes, applies them only with your approval and can undo them, and it draws on your plan's monthly AI credits. On Site, Site Pro, Shop and Shop Advanced, the AI Copilot add-on adds 15,000 credits a month.
Hosting, bandwidth and SSL are part of every plan. You connect domains you own, up to your plan's limit, and we handle the certificates. Registering a new domain is not included.
