Contest a decision

If a decision was taken about content you posted, or about a report you sent us, you can ask us to look at it again. Give the reference code you were issued and tell us why you think the decision is wrong.

This costs nothing and does not need an account. You can complain for at least six months after the decision. Using this channel does not stop you from going to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or to a court.
